Anita Allen is a Professor of Law who also writes in ethics, politics, and a variety of other things, in academic and other places. She has been contributing recently to the US online news site, The Daily Beast. The title refers to a comic English novel about journalism, Scoop by Evelyn Waugh. Tina Brown who runs The Daily Beast is English.
Allen has so far posted on free speech and violent rap lyrics, airport security, fertility problems, and the imprisonment of children. A good start from someone ideally qualified to comment on problems of ethics and law with academic expertise and journalist talent.
